1. Order Processing
Orders are carefully prepared and shipped within up to 7 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Time (Order to Door)
The timelines below include both processing and shipping:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
4. International Orders & Duties
Tariffs or import duties may be charged once your order reaches its destination country and are collected by the carrier upon delivery. These charges are outside of our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to follow your package.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@MyFriendToothy.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
